If the student receives a visa refusal in the middle of the semester, the student must complete the online withdrawal/refund form within 10 calendar days of receipt of the notification of denial by IRCC and by December 18, 2020 after which no refunds will be processed. Students will need to log in with their WebAdvisor user name and password, complete the form, and upload a copy of their visa denial letter.
Visa denial refunds are subject to a minimum $250 administrative fee. Important Note: If a student withdraws after December 18 which is the last day of the first semester for any reason, all fees paid for that semester will remain with the College. This policy is only applicable for students enrolled in any online program for September 2020. Blended program students must have their Study Permit Approval Letter since they are required to travel to Canada for their program.
